FlashPoint's managing partner is Tucker Marion. Tucker is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Bucknell University, holds a Masters from the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton School in Technology Management, and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Penn State. He has held numerous product development and manufacturing positions at Ford Motor Company and Visteon Corporation. In 2001, he co-founded the Innovation Factory, where he headed product development and operations. In 2004, he began FlashPoint Development leading the design effort for numerous consumer and technical projects. Tucker is also an Assistant Professor at Northeastern University's School of Technological Entrepreneurship, specializing in product development, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Flashpoint's product development manager is Sam Ruback. Sam holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management with a concentration in Law Studies from Clarkson University and is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Masters in Technological Entrepreneurship. Sam joined Flashpoint Development in 2007 after founding Hard Ball Products, makers of 2Hot: Anti-Scald Alarm. Sam also assists start-ups in all stages with product development and business plan development.
